You may contact either our UK head office (contact details at the foot of each page) or one of our dealers for pricing information or to order.  We will require an email, fax, letter or purchase order.  US customers, please note the freephone number (again listed at the bottom of each page).

All items will be despatched as soon as possible and normally the same day.

We will invoice you with the product and require payment within 30 days. Alternatively we can accept telephone payment using Visa or Mastercard credit / debit cards.

How to get the rental version
An AutoTrack rental licence can only be purchased via the AutoTrack EXPRESS rental store from the AutoTrack program. Simply download, install and run AutoTrack, click on the Rental option and follow the prompts. This service is currently only available in the UK. If you running a full or demo version and want to rent a copy select Rent / Extend / Retrieve an AutoTrack rental licence from the AutoTrack, Help drop down menu and then click on Rent and follow the prompts. Payment
We can accept online payment by Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro & Solo credit / debit cards.
We cannot accept credit or debit card payments by telephone for rental sales.

• You will be asked for your card type, number and expiry data and your address (exactly as it appears on your card statement).
• You will notice that we will also ask you for the additional three check digits printed on the signature strip on the back of your card: These do not appear on statements, point-of-sale receipts or carbon copies. This security measure provides both you and ourselves with added protection.
• When you press Finish we will verify your transaction through our banking partners, PayPal- a process that takes just a few seconds. When your payment has been authorised, you will see an Order Confirmation page.
• We store only contact details and never card numbers or security codes.

VAT
Prices shown in the AutoTrack EXPRESS store are inclusive of VAT. A separate VAT invoice will be emailed to the purchaser within 2 working days.

Invoicing
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your AutoTrack EXPRESS receipt. This will include any serial numbers or codes that you require.

Shipping
There is no shipping cost as the licence is transferred electronically to your computer. Delivery is immediate and your rental period starts from the instant the transaction completes. The licence will expire and stop working at the same time of day at the end of the rental period, e.g. a 7 day licence rented at 10:34am GMT on 13th July 2009 will expire at 10:34am on 20th July 2009.

Returns
A rental licence may be returned for a refund within 7 days of purchase if it has not been used. This is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive. If you do wish to return your licence, you should contact us with the serial number or paypal reference of your rental. If the rental licence was purchased within the last 7 days and has not been used we will cancel the licence and return the payment. An email will be sent to the original purchaser confirming the cancellation.

Transferring licences
A rental licence may be moved to another computer. In fact it is transferred from one computer to our server and then the onus is on the operator of the destination computer to retrieve and activate the licence on that computer. The rental period clock continues for the time that the licence is held on our server. Transfers are logged so if you should lose track of where the licenceis located please contact us on +44 (0)1580 720011 or support@savoy.co.uk.

Product EULA
All Savoy products are covered by an End User License Agreement (EULA) which must be accepted by the user in order to purchase the licence.
